🥁 The project on this chair for kids designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1955 named « T » was to change her color from pink to this nice blue.
To retrieve the nice shape of this classic, I had to remove the different coats of old paints (pink, red, brown) with a stripper. Then a bit of sanding and some filer to fix some scratches.
To finish several coats of spray blue paint and spray varnish.

Clean the brass of the legs.

🛸SOLD🛸 Teak coffee table designed and produced by GMS (Gannsfjord Møbelfabrik Sandnes) from the 60s.

📽️ GMS was one of the 50 different furniture factories of Sandnes (south of Stavanger) in the middle of 19th century.
Most of the furniture ended up in Norwegian homes, but their good quality and design make them attractive enough to end up in royal palaces in Saudi Arabia and home of Emperor Haile Selassie in Ethiopia.
